Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management
Faulty Items
If you receive faulty goods then you may return them for replacement, provided they are returned in the same condition you received them, within two weeks of receipt.
Out Of Stock Items
If the item you have ordered is out of stock then Virtual-Shops.network will offer you the opportunity to wait for the new stock, or receive a replacement of a similar style and price, or a full refund.
Shipping time
Delivery is on a 28 day basis, although we do try and ship within a day in most situations.
Damaged Items
If you receive your package obviously broken in transit, then please return it to us immediately, unused and once we have received it back and checked it's condition we will dispatch a replacement.
Processing your order
Please allow 3 working days for us to process your order before we ship it.
Order status
On your account page you can see the status of your order. You must have an shop account to view the status of your orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail.
Shipping
We provide Royal Mail Shipping for all our products. All packages are shipped with insurance if glass objects are included. Some of our competitors use lower or free shipping costs to attract customers, we however do not. The reason for this is that we want to offer you the highest quality shipping and we want to deliver on time (where most of our competitors do not). We offer very competitive product pricing and we believe we are among the cheapest (with the best quality) in the industry. Our shipping prices guarantee a worry free delivery and enjoyment of your product.
Out of stock/backorders
Normally we have all products in stock, but in case we don't, We will send you the items we have and will email you details of when the other items will be back in stock.
Carrier
When you take your order to the checkout, the shipping costs will be added automatically. All our packages are shipped with Royal Mail Shipping. The shipments have a glass insurance if needed and are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Packaging
Your order will be packed in a discreet bubble pack envelope or a brown cardboard package. The waybill of the courier company will be attached if applicable. The courier will not know what the package contains.
Customs
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs does not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs. If importing/owning smoking accessories is illegal in any country or part of country, Virtual-Shops.network accepts no responsibility as to verify the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.
