Who Am I shopping With?

Virtual-shops.network is a virtual online shopping mall made up of smaller outlets selling a large variety of products.
You can shop thoughout the mall and purchase products from the various individual shops and then go through the virtual-shops chekout to make one payment and pay one delivery charge for all of your items.

When the purchase shows up on your bank statement/credit card bill it will show as a payment to WP-VIRTUAL-SHOPS.NETWORK.

When Will My Product Arrive?

When you order a product you may be able to select your delivery method if there is more than one type available for your shipping destination.

Each of our shipping methods have listed an approximate shipping time and this will give you a good idea when to expect you order.

Will it be obvious whats in my package?

No, all our packages are plain brown or white boxes or padded bags depending on your item and will have the Virtual-shops.network return address on.

Will you ship to my country?

We ship most products to most countries but it will be displayed in the products description if we don't ship that particular product to any countries. If you make an order that includes products that are not permitted to be sent to your country then those items will be left out and the money for that product will be refunded to your card.

Are you secure?

When using our site to browse through the products you are accessing the public area of the site. Once you start the checkout process and start having to enter your details our site changes over to our secure server. From this point on until your payment has been confirmed you will stay on the secure server. When you actually enter your credit card payment details you will be doing so though one of our payment processors. Each of the payment methods allow you to enter you card details on their own secure server so we never see your card details.
